Heath Hocking

Talk about everything Essendon. Past, Present and Future if it's about the Bombers this is the place to be.

This is my hugest beef with Andy, he's great when we have the ball......... and horrible when we are without.

Suprisingly, I think he improved 110% when Davey was playing, as it showed him what he could do with his pace. Now Alwyns out.......he's dropped back to Mr.Average again.

Oh, woops, pardon me, I thought this thread was about Heath Hocking.

Anyone know how he went today?

Didn't set the world on fire, but showed some promising signs, as did Reimers and Gumby. I think they will all be good next year.

Did some nice things, but best of all, he is able to stand up in the tackle which is something we need in the team.

Hits the contest hard and runs straight which is always good to see.

Very impressed with Gumby and Reimers yesterday. Definitely going to be in red and black for a while yet.

I thought Hocking did alright. Can't really fault him being a first-gamer. Hope he gets a fair go next year and can really show us what he's capable of.
