Initial thoughts are:

Saints - screws us, but we've had our chances.
Kangaroos
Fremantle
Filth

Adelaide - just to screw Brisbane.

Dawks - would like the Doggies to win to make things a bit more interesting, but the smart choice is the Dawks.
Geelong - can't see them losing again in the H&A season.
Essendon - for Hirdy and Sheeds. Now is the time to shine.

Bartel out with appendicitis...had the appendicectomy today apparently.
Port are a genuine contendcer imo, and they do well away. This will help their cause, but will it help enough?

The Cats are still red hot favourites minus him, but it's definitely making me think twice. I reckon if the Cats are going to lose, it'll be this weekend.

And just my luck I tipped Sydney when I did my tips for "real". Why do initial thoughts seem to be right more often than not? Having an absolute shocker this year in that department.

Nah, the first and the last are a long, LONG way from certainties and the middle definitely has potential for an upset.

Hawks - Should win, but who knows. Hawks have played some shockers this year, and the Bulldogs seem to pluck some odd wins at times (Round 21, 2000 springs to mind).

Cats - like I've said, if they're going to lose, it'll be this week and Port are the type of team that is capable of inflicting said loss.

Dons...

well, it's been discussed how much of a certainty this one is. Should win, but hey, "should wins" mean nothing when it comes to Essendon.

I've gone the same way as you LisK tomorrow. I guess we'll all know at around 7:40 tomorrow night. Unless we're up by 20 goals at half time or something. (Long shot.
