carlton has the potential to be good in future years, if they can develop their kids, but they have lost a lot of their senior players and will struglle to win games again next year.
e.g this year likely to lose - Whitnall, Lappin & Kouta retired
but they get the number 1 pick Kreuzer and 2nd best mid from draft.

Every team rates their own kids, cause it gives them hope.
