I thought the same thing. Freo are content to steal most of our staff and players.
Coaches: Mark Harvey, Robert Shaw, Dean Wallis
Players: Mark Johnson, Dean Solomon, Kepler Bradley.
All I can say is if your gone next year from Essendon, your pretty much assured that Freo is your new home.

Mark Williams did the same when he went to Port (pinched players, playing styles etc) & they snagged a flag & have had the wood over us for 6 years now.
I hope the same doesn't happen with Freo now. I actually don't rate Harv's as an astute, strategic coach (maybe that Shaw's specialty) but I reckon he would not take too kindly to soft players, & would be a great 'rev up' motivational coach on match days.
Maybe a bit like Hafey, who was a great coach, but when things don't go right, I reckon he will lack a Plan B or C to turn things around.
Can see Freo hanging around Top 4 for the next couple of seasons, but just can't see them ever winning the big one.
