Apologies to Houli, NLM and Lonergan who played a vital role in getting us back into the game in the first quarter when the Roos were threatening to blow us out of the water.

Rama also played very well after he early opponent Lindsay Thomas kicked three goals on him.

3 Mcveigh - Got in there got the ball out with strength and kicked beautifully
2 Lloyd - When we needed him after Scotty was gone, he knew he needed to step up and did, 6 goals when he often had 2 around him. Magnificent today.
1 Watson- Alot of quick hands and i think he would have had to had around 5 or 6 goal assists today. Was brilliant.

Other mentions go to Bachar who showed a bit in the second half, Rama, who set up many plays with his brilliant kicking from half back, Hille who went hard all day and Paddy who provided his poise and skill all day. Fletch also good (Y)

Extremely happy with today. I thought we were in for a long one!

3) McVeigh
2) Watson
1) Lloyd

It's a great situation when it's hard to give the 2 and 1 votes, cause a lot of players could have snaffled them. Very hard to go past Spike for the top choccies though.
