He's not quite there yet - in comparison to Lovett. Yes, Lovett was inconsistent, but when he was on song, he just ripped up the turf. He would cut through the lines and smack a goal or three. That's what Leroy needs to improve on. He's getting there, and I'm rapt with his gradual improvement which is more consistent on a week to week basis.
They're different sorts of players too. Lovett was more of a pure offensive player and Jetta is more a defensive (tackle, chase) sort of player. Combine the two attributes and you'd have a real dynamo.
I thought he was pretty close to our best player yesterday. In a tight, often congested game, he was one of the few who was able to find space and run into it.
Along with Longergan, will put him in the most improved on our list.
Very pleased with his second efforts, running and pressure on the ball handler.
Only critisism if any, is he needs to be able to nail the goals!
