Gringo et al, have a point. Winderlich, although he has really come along is still not what you would call a shoe in at the selection table. Should get there though with a bit more consistancy. Dyson is not even at that level yet.
I wouldn't say his head is on the chopping block though. He is tailor made for the new style of football. Quick and skilled when he gets it. BUT he doesn't get it anywhere near enough for a midfeilder. His moments of brillance show he has the talent, but he could fall away due to not doing the work.
Needs to wrack up tackles when not getting the pill if he is to hold his spot.
