Dan, mate, pal, buddy, if I buy some blanks, can you burn some copies for me?
Hmm, might be next year until i get them done ;)

Yea no troubles at all. Will need to decide on what my going rate is.

Could eventually host it on bittorent if needed, but won't have a server going for about two weeks.

Just a few things to look out for when you all get to see it.

This is the only remaining film of the Bombers 1911 to 1951. Some of it is without sound. Some interesting things.

- 1951 Grand Final. Coley had got rubbed out for 4 because he retaliated to Carlsum's Caspar belting the back of his neck where he had boils. In the GF which we lost by 11 points, (reckon Coley was worth 2 goals?), you'll also see the King coming on in the last quarter. He had retired in 1950 but with Coley out and so many injury's, he made a one game comeback. The no. 1 you see is Jack Clarke playing in his first game....a GF no less... such was the dearth of players.

- In the 1949 GF, Coley is seen getting mobbed by his team mates after kicking his 100th in his 1st season. What a player he must have been.

- The 1st game in 1950 you'll see a guy in a South guernesy lining up with the Bomber players at the unfurling of the 49 flag. That was Whopper Lane who crossed to South as CC in the off season and joined his mates at the unfurling of the flag he played in, in 49.

The Essendon Footy Club....what a history and tradition. :D

Cheers.

If all those interested in obtaining copies would like to PM me their addresses, I'll get them sent out once they are burnt.

Those who I'm likely to catch up with in person can get theirs then! :)
