Before people start to bag you for saying this, I'll just point out that Adelaide was supposedly going to pick up the spoon in 05... and ended up minor Premiers... then looked set as the favourites for the flag again this year. How a list that is tipped to finish on the bottom can steam through a season and finish on the top of the ladder... it's all about getting them working together as a unit and a team (and a low number of injuries throug the season helps too). Craig has a very well drilled unit at Adelaide. No reason Sheedy can't do the same thing with us. BECAUSE WE WILL CHALLENGE FOR THE FLAG EVERY YEAR!!
The baby bombers came from obscurity and won a GF. Get the right group together with the right game plan and we could be challenging in 2 years or even next year in all the right circumstances.
I dont care what age they are, we take the best value player we can get in the PSD and if that is makepeace then so be it.
