OMG i am the same!! Me and my sis seriously thought we were gone. How we kicked 3 goals in the last 2 or so minutes is amazing!!! One of the best wins we have had as a footy club. Thy worked soooo hard today and got the rewards. Patty Ryder--- STAR!! Unfortunate that we will be without Hille now but if Ryder can keep playing like that than we are in a very good place!!!!

ahhhhhhh soooo excited right now!!! vingertje =D>

Ahhh. Shit that was a great finish, Zaharakis... if you never do anything again, you're still a star vingertje

Lads of BT... if you didn't get a Ryder or Zaharakis related boner, you need viagra.

Our boys... should spend tonight celebrating... then starting TOMORROW an hour a piece on the turf, in front of goals. Practice. Some of you need it.

And I still think Lucas needs a trot in the twos to gain some confidence.

my thoughts.....

2. Dyson 8/10- what a match from Ricky. He has copped his fair share of criticism on here. He was given another chance when Spike pulled out and boy did he turn it on!! That goal from the bounday line was gold and really helped get the boys revved up to win!
4. Watson 7/10- Great match in the middle again by Jobe.. kicking was better today
5. Stanton 7/10- Another great match from Stants who is starting to turn it on every week now. Kicking has improved dramatically from round 1!
6. Monfries 6/10- Started the match well and was able to maintain it for the rest of the match. Great pressure in our forward line.
7. Jetta 4/10- Provided a lot of run and pressure but kept dropping and fumbling the ball. Gets pushed off it a little too easily. May have to make way for McVeigh for next week.
8. Winderlich 6/10- Was great in the first half but faded in the second. Still provides great speed for us.
11. Zaharakis 7/10- Match winner!!!!! Played a good solid game as well. Was very composed and used the ball well.
13. Lovett 7/10- His speed late in the match is what killed the Pies! Having a great season!
14. Lonergan 5/10- Got a corky early which hampered him for the rest of the game. His toughness at the ball was great though!
15. Dempsey 6/10- Didnt get a lot of the ball but did the job on Thomas!
16. Pears 4/10- Was ok but still turns the ball over a little too much. Anthony got away from him at times today.
18. Lloyd 2/10- Hobbled through most of the match. Shanked 3 easy shots at goal and is definately lacking confidence.
19. Hille -/10- Cant realy rate him as he went off after only a couple of minutes. Will be a massive blow for us if he has done the ACL.
20. Slattery 5/10- Was pretty solid all day and did the job on Medhurst.
23. Myers 5/10- Didnt get a lot of it but was much better today. May struggle to keep his place for next week.
25. Lucas 3/10- Really lacking any confidence and is a shadow of his former self. I really hope he keeps trying and gets back into form.
29. Davey 7/10- Amazinf forward pressure yet again. Always looks dangerous!!
30. Ryder 9/10- Career changing game from Ryder. Needed to step up when Hille went off and did it beautifully.
31. Fletcher 8/10- Solid as always, spoiling work was fantastic!!
33. McPhee 8/10- Put last week well and truely behind him. Wonderful 150th by Smokey. Looked much more confident this week.
39. Hocking 6/10- Great work in the middle again. Quelled most of Pendleburys impact in the second half.
42. L-Murray 7/10- Loved his grunt work today. Provided some muscle and run through the middle. Hopefully stays in the side for next week.

Agree with your ratings, Mrs M.
Just a thought...wonder how long it is since we won a game and yet Lloyd & Lucas didn't really contribute?
In some ways, those two are a real worry. In other ways, maybe it's a good sign for the future, if we can still win without them.

Yeah i suppose its good and bad. All of our young guys really lifted today. We had an amazing spread of goal kickers which covered the bad form today of Lloyd and Lucas. Lucas looked a lot better at times but his kicking has been awful. Im sure the corky Lloyd suffered affected his output as well.

We wont really be able to tell how we are going for sure until next week. It wont have the emotion of today and we wont have Hille. That will be a major test.
