This discussion is without a point as Leroy is not going anywhere. Lets revisit this at the end of next season.

5cm, 5kg bigger than Davey.
Bad argument.

As BD said, it's all in his head.

Yep heard that one before J.

Smallness is not only in stature.

Physically - he in nowhere near what an AFL footballer needs to be- at least Davey applies what he has to effect in tackles and chases.

While we're on Davey......hasn't it been a constant critism of him this year that he goes to ground, can't hold his ground, drops too many marks etc etc etc.

BTW I also think Zaharakis is clearly ahead of Jetta as a forward.
I'm just hopeful that Jetta can turn it around and become a good player.

Jetta is contracted until next season so unless we get a really good trade for him i doubt he is going anywhere. Still with the players we have waiting in the wings to play senior footy he has his work cut out for him.

I think he kicked 3 goals on debut against Adelaide in our win at aami stadium in 2007.

The big question is, does he want to play for this club? If so, then he needs to put in some hard work. If not, then arranging a trade with West Coast of Freo is the go.

He has the potential to fill a need we have and front and square, crumbing small forward. Will be allowed to see out his contract, if he doesn't show considerable improvement and consistency next it shall be career over (at Windy Hill at least) over.

Now we just need to convince to stop this shit of trying to play him in the midfield or backline. He should also spend as much time in the shrinks office and the training track over the pre-season.

How good was he last night!! I reckon the Eagles may challenge for the 8 next season, they have a heap of young guns coming through.

Matthew Rosa would be more of a chance to leave the Eagles than Swift.

From the u16s Swift was very much rated as a top 5 draft pick, however he then blew his knee out twice in two year requiring recos and gave him very little opportunity to show his talent leading up to the draft which saw him drop considerably.

If he is able to overcome his knee injury and remain fit and healthy he will be a very good/great player.

The Cokesters have done very well out of that draft with Nautini and Swift.
