Not too worried. I'll get back to you after Round 12.

Nah, just sick of this Gimps twat. Don't mind a confrontational style (a la Gringo) but you need a bit of substance.

Good on you d*ckhead. Substance? Merely stating the fact that Lonergan has been thru as much if not more than Gumby. Am I wrong Einstein?

Both Neagle and Gumby had shockers tonight. I'm prepared to cut Gumby some slack simply because it was his first match in two years. The only slight positive for Neagle was the fact he showed a willingness and was able to apply defensive forward pressure tonight, something he has never done before.

On the plus side I thought Williams played a brilliant game on Scarlett play to the coaches instructions to perfection, scarificing his own game to drag Scarlett out of the game. I find it strange that Knights didn't use him for as a key forward target when it was apparent that neither Neagle or Gumbleton or even Hille or Ryder were going have an impact up forward.

Precedent would suggest that you are a half arsed poet with little to add. Personally I'd prefer you joined a shit poet's forum.

To answer your question, Lonergan is a 25 year old who was drafted in 2002 and has played a shitload more footy than Gumbleton. I'm more than happy for Gumby to take a few games to find his feet.. and a poor performance against the best defense of the last 5 years doesn't dent my enthusiasm.

Have a cry.. Again, merely stating the FACT that injury cannot be the basis for defending Gumbleton to the tilt. He played a very average game, we just have to live with it. Other players have had their problems (Circa Lonergan losing a F****** kidney), but they get on with it. Windy talking about the support that Selwood gets is ludicrous, he is an out-and-out gun. He gets his own ball when he needs to and he uses it.

"and a poor performance against the best defense of the last 5 years doesn't dent my enthusiasm." He hasnt shown anything against any team in SENIOR footy you muppet. We know he has got talent, but he hasn't shown anything YET.

Personally I'd prefer you join the delusional phuckwits forum, but hey, we can't be too picky.

Pretty tough for him to come up against such a good side in only his 6th game and first for two years. He needs some time in the seniors to build up some confidence.

I'm going to go with Gumby's teammates and the coaching staff at Essendon who think he's a sensational talent who needs a good run at it. At this point I'm rating your opinion a zero. At some stage I might add a bullet if you stop behaving like a knob.

I wonder how good Selwood would be if he had missed 2 years of footy and played only 5 games.

This is just a dumb post, sorry

Neagle on the other hand - needs a lot of work in the seconds
The bloke that towelled him up tonight NEARLY FARKEN DIED!!!!!!!

WAKE UP!
Yeah, but Gumby has played fewer shite games than the guy who towelled him tonight

Really Andrew?

Did you actually read my original comment?

Did I completely bag the $hit out of Gumby? NO.

Did I bag the $hit of of people saying that he couldn't be compared to anyone else? YES.

Windy's comment when talking about Selwood "He is good but lets be honest, he has the support of players like Bartel, Ling, Ablett, Chappy, Kelly all making life easier for him.", absolute rubbish.

And again, he said Gumby couldn't be compared to other cos of his injuries. Yet, his opponent - once AGAIN - nearly died. Fair injury don't you think?

Gumby will take time, and I will give him some.

Bed time for you now Andrew, someones knob is waiting to be polished.

You missed the apostrophe.

From what I can tell from your dribble you were suggesting he'd be better off at Bendigo and you suggested that being beaten by Lonergan (8 years in the system and a f****** lot of game time in the vfl) in his first game back made him a dud. Perhaps I would have understood it better if you pasted some song lyrics.

I'm suggesting that the coaching staff and his teammates know better than you. And that you're an impatient c***. And that it's going to take at least 10 games (against opposition other than Geelong) to get a feel for how good he is. Strangely enough Neagle was one of our best players against Geelong last year... did you shoot your load over that game? Talent is something that you judge over a period of time and I'm tipping that you've got less access to Scott G's exposed form than the people who picked him to play tonight.

I really don't think you can comprehend the English language. AGAIN, I wasn't bagging Gumby. I was passing my thoughts on regarding the 'dribble' that was being said about other players (including Selwood), and that Gumby couldn't be compared because he has been injured. That's bullShit, and you know it. I know it, hence why I made comment about Lonergan, who again, came back from an injury that could have killed him.

You mentioned above that Lonergan played a lot of games in the VFL. This happened after his injury. f***, on that basis, wouldn't you think that Gumby (coming back from injury)would be better off spending time in the 2's?

Neagle was one of our best players against Geelong last year? WOW, do you really think anyone noticed when we got trounced? It was a great team effort, in getting trounced. Why would anyone shoot their load over that game? Stupid.

Gimps, what I have noticed is that you are finding the pressure of posting during the actual season a little touger than your pre-sesaon form.

No pressure, just think your intake of meds has increased or decreased..

Question is,.. have either of you ever played the game at a decent level or coached? Tipping you were the unco carnts that wore the long-sleeve jumpers (with sleeves a mile too long) and got copious amounts of splinter in your ar$e from sitting on the bench. That's if you were even allowed to play, maybe your two daddy's wouldn't let you?

You definitely talk like people that haven't had first hand experience on the field. Andrewb, you remind me of another famous Andrew know-f***-all, Andrew Maher.

Ok, where is gringo and what have you done with him?? hahahahaha

I personally agree that he should be given time to find his feet, but 2 months is a bit long for mine to keep persisting unless all our other forwards are out...
