Votes vs Scum

Talk about everything Essendon. Past, Present and Future if it's about the Bombers this is the place to be.

Poor Gadget. Had Lake or Scarlett produced this game, it would have been hailed as one of the truly great games by a defender. Because it is expected week in and week out by Gadget, only one of the Melbourne papers gave him top votes. I though he was sensational.

5. Fletch
4. Wtason
3. Pears
2. NLM
1. Milkshake/Colyer
Too far for Baker now he's on to it, now he’s got it, OPEN GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Dons are in front by one point at the 8 minute mark

5. Fletch (20 disposals at 90% efficiency and 5 contested, game high 11 1%ers) - controlled the backline, saved goals, got us out of trouble.
4. NLM (31 disposals at 74% and 11 contested, 5 marks, 3 clearances, 1 goal) - grunt and dash. Solid game.
3. Pears (22 disposals at 77% and 10 contested, 7 marks, 5 1%ers) - refused to get beaten, hard at it all game.
2. Dyson (28 disposals at 82% and 8 contested, 9 marks) - solid game.
1. Watson (26 disposals at 73% and 16 contested, game high 7 clearances) - great in and under work.

Apologies to Williams & Reimers for the goals. Good to see the run of Colyer, and Melksham with 14 contested possessions.
Love your analysis Royza, always good to read.

Good team game. No passengers, unlike last week. Skills still need to improve, but the effort was was better.

Will help having Hurley as a big target up forward.

5. Willow. Finally came through and did it when he was needed. The fact he was able to nail 4 with so few touches shows how valuable he will be.
4. Pears. The guy is a champ. Loves the one on one and loves to take the game on.
3. Fletch. Could quite easily be swapped with Pears. Gets the gadget arm in the right spot every time.
2. NLM. Best game i have seen him play, i hope to see him in the midfield a lot more often.
1. Reimers. Does his thing, his way.
