BLIMEY!

to me yes they are 2 poor inclusions but to call his career over it? far out there are going to be plenty of times when your not going to like the selections, i can understand your frustrations i've been cranky for a few weeks now. but remember this year has always been about development and seeing who is up to it, so yes im going to get pissy over selections but im not going to judge Hird and the rest until we see what they do with the list over the summer

I have a feeling we may need some hard heads tonight. I'd rather have Welsh standing toe to toe with one of those brown and gold faggots then a young bloke. Let Welshy take one for the team and sit out for a couple of weeks rather then a young bloke.

Yeah, Reimers would just sit back and cop shit from the Hawks.

And going on your logic, how does Davey get a game, or Prismall and Stanton stay in?

Davey we need pace.

Prismall is playing? Give me an hour or 3 I could come up with a reason I'm sure.... :D

Stanton is one of our best players.

Great selection move Hirdy.

Take the money and run.

How is our game plan going? How is our "structure" going?

Memo to:
Welsh
Monfries
McVeigh
Stanton

If you truly loved the club, you would walk into the office and say "sir, I am of no value to the team, if ou can trade me then I am happy to go, otherwise I will retire"

Swear to god this bloke needs 40 touches and 6 goals a game before he'll get any credit in here.

The advantage I had of leaving at half time was that I can come home and see silly posts from people watching it on TV. About three times I saw Stanton point to Jetta to chase a player that Stanton was initially chasing. Also, his kicking tonight was shithouse, kick it in front of your teammate so he can run onto it, not sit it on his head.

Or coming out of defense and not giving the first option. Or not even bothering to tackle. He may have improved in the second half, but the game was done by then.

Stanton is the least of worries.

In saying this it would be nice for him to do it when we need him to

20 touches in a half is great but the game was over so who really gives a f***

After half time? His first half was terrible (not alone)

Anyway, we will stop the Stanton thing here as this thread will turn into another Stanton bashing thread.

Seriously, can they run a competition where the winner gets to choose the team because it seems as though most of us know more.

True, but Rosso is mostly on the money - f****** lazy and makes plenty of stupid decisions.
