Round 2 - Brisbane vs Essendon

Talk about everything Essendon. Past, Present and Future if it's about the Bombers this is the place to be.

Perfect day up here so far. The Gabba should be looking good if no more rain comes later.

Can you give us a penetrometer reading every 2 hours up to the first siren Gimps? :)

She's a Soft 6 at the moment. Expect 2 upgrades to a Good 4 by the bounce.

I'd love to see an Essence hand at the Gabby. Brisbane is a terrific city too. You been before Gimps?

Been to Brisbane many times before, but not the GABBA. Haven't been to my seat yet. Trying to find the entry gate was troublesome, shit set up. VIP section isn't too bad.

Very early, but looking like we've got a game on our hands. Lions look switched on.

Watson struggling. Langford not up to it. Zaharakis needs to be stronger over the ball.

Jobe getting better as game went on. Agree on Langford, needs to find something this half to get a game next week.

McKernan too small unfortunately.

Zaharakis doesn't chase. Shouldn't play next week.

McKernan has won the last 2 centre taps. We've then got the clearances.

Dead from the neck up too.17 secs to go and we kick it across the centre. Gleeson fumbles and we gift them another goal on the siren. 5 points the difference coming into Q4 and they have the momentum.
Maggots shocking. God knows what the tally is. Must be 5 to 1 surely. They've been getting away with anything. Humidity and the ground telling on us now. Say a prayer someone.

No idea which umpire had the call for that marking contest Langford was just in. Any. Danger.
