Surprise... :shock:
Well from what I've learned of Charter throughout this ordeal - it causes me to question the judgement and common sense of Dank and others who chose to work with or deal with this piece of work.

Charters role in ASAGA is that he trafficked drugs. His history actually adds credence to his story.

That and he was being monitored by the ACC. Attacking Charters is not going to get the players off.

Getting the players off will be demonstrating they did everything reasonable to ensure that they were taking legal supplements. The other stuff is out of their control and hence out of their responsibility.

Yes, there are some backward thinking individuals who believe this only strengthens ASADA's case. That's right, the more dodgy, criminally minded, and untrustworthy Charter is, the more stronger ASADA's case against the players get. You cannot make this shit up. Zombies live amongst us.

Well no, its not what charters said about strengthening ASADAs case. Remember the ACC? They lead ASADA to Charters, Dank and therefore EFC.

Anyhow Charters and Danks dealings become irrelevant if they were not related to Danks employment at the Dons. Destroy that link and there is nothing.

Its not rocket science, I don't think anyone can be so one-eyed to say that ASADA has nothing to investigate.

But anyway, its not about that, its about whether the players took the drug or not, intended to take it, took precautions against taking banned substances etc.

What are you f****** on about? They are using the testimony of a crook as evidence against the players. Do you think the prosecutions case is strong based on one unreliable "witness"?

Charter would have absolutely no idea where any of his shit ended up after giving it to Dank. And seeing Dank was never questioned or interviewed about the "gear", then how the f*** would they be able to prove it went into the players?

They are using his text messages to Dank along with his testimony. Charters doesnt know where TB4 was being used. He has just testified that he told dank how to use it and supplied him with it. written records he sent to Dank, answering his questions.

The Australian Crime Commission. They provide the hard evidence linking Dank to Charters, Charters brings his testimony.

The doubt is the link between Danks order from Charters and the Thymosin use at Essendon. Thats what has to be proved, ASADA has presented a circumstantial one. Because there is no positive drug test for TB4.

this titbit stands out....
"Charter has a large amount of space set up for high-end football training - with local clubs taking advantage of the facilities to help players prepare for potential AFL draft selection."

Anyone met Shane Charter?

Re Masters' leak that the frequency of administration of the "suspect substance" (5 weekly injections for 10 weeks) is the basis for ASADA's case- two points if I may...

1. The maths just don't add up. Each 5ml vial at the ASADA alleged rates is sufficient for 17 injections or 3.3 weeks (well based on some internet TB4 selling sites). So a player using TB4 at the recommended rates would need 3 vials each for the 10 week course. Charter's invoice was for 26 vials ... which was good for 340 injections (which sounds suspiciously like 1 per player per week) or at the ASADA TB4 regime - 8.7 players (not 34) ... I cannot understand how ASADA could claim the administration regime for each of the 34 players ... sounds and smells like bullshit to me.

2. From the AFL notice of charges (http://www.afl.com.au/staticfile/AFL%20 ... harges.pdf) used to smack Hird, Reid and Thompson:
67. On 8 February 2012, at a meeting of players of the Club, Dank introduced four substances that were purportedly approved for use in accordance with the Protocol, namely:
(a) AOD-9604;
(b) Thymosin;
(c) Colostrum; and
(d) Tribulus.

68. Following that meeting, 38 players at the Club signed “Patient Information/Informed Consent” forms in relation to these four substances. In relation to these substances, those 38 players agreed to:
(a) one AOD - 9604 injection per week for the season;
(b) one Thymosin injection once a week for six weeks and then one injection per month;
(c) two Colostrum daily in each training week and two colostrum post-game. The dose may vary according to training needs; and
(d) one Tribulus forte daily in each training week and one Tribulus prior to the game. The dose may vary according to training needs.
The reported ASADA claims of sufficient evidence based on the supposed injection regime do not fit with (a) the player consent forms and (b) the AFL's stated case against the EFC (given they allege one injection a week for 6 weeks not 5 a week for 10 weeks).

So who is wrong - the players and AFL or ASADA and Charter?

This gets more mysterious and ridiculous by the week.

The only link to EFC is through Charters and Dank. Now if our legal silks are as smart as they think they are, they could use this to our advantage.

We thought everything we were doing was by the WADA /ASADA code. We cannot vouch for Alvi, the Compounding Chemist, Shane Charters the importer who sold the made up end product to Stephen Dank. We agreed with our Sports Scientist to a program and that's what we believe we got.

What we know as Thymosin is Thymodulin it is NOT Thymosin B4.

I wonder what kind of deal Charters is getting from ASADA? And when is Dank ever going to testify?

MDSO mate....the last thing McDickhead.....again running his agenda through the Media and not where it belongs, in the appropriate Courts, is getting Danks in a NORMAL Court of Law.....he....McDickhead.....would be ripped apart, running his case on one piece of circumstantial evidence (never admissible in a NORMAL court of law).

What we have is a fanatical ex-cop scumbag....Federal so a semi-cop....the diet coke of cops....wanting to make himself relevant and his Phone Box size Department relevant.

Trouble is, it our blokes and our Club who are the target of a pea brain.

No wonder no one has subpoenaed Dank to testify. The powers that be don't want to hear anything he has to say. Maybe we have to subpoena him
to testify. I would have thought he was a prime witness. I realise he has given a sworn statement to the ACC, so where is it? The major problem is we are never on the same page as the AFL and ASADA. Perhaps our legal silks just aren't, bent enough.

I wonder what kind of deal Charters has been offered to testify? He seems to be the one that which ever way the wind blows he is already in
trouble. His testimony might need to be challenged and perhaps by Dank. Otherwise, circumstantial evidence begins to stack up to "satisfactory proof."

And now McDickhead is off overseas for 2 weeks....who is running the shop?

"McDevitt will fly from Montreal to Paris for a meeting of national anti-doping bosses. His two-week absence from Australia is expected to correspond with the Anti-Doping Rule Violation Panel (ADRVP) meeting and the convening of the AFL tribunal."

http://www.canberratimes.com.au/afl/afl ... 1cxw3.html

If he is so confident that his one piece of hearsay evidence from a convicted drug smuggler facing more charges is so shit hot....why is he dragging his feet....the thin lipped Jack?
