Surely ASADA cannot be proceeding on this case with their strongest evidence being the Charters might have imported Thymosin Beta 4 or Thymodullin, and that he might have provided it to Dank, who then might have provided it to Alvai, who compounded it (although their is a poster on Bomberblitz with a knowledge of this stuff who claims that Thymosin Beta 4 does not require compounding, only thymodullin does), who then might have given it back to Dank, after which stage no one knows what happened to it.

It seems like they are going all in on a pair of 2s.

I think an entrapment defence(Hirds argument about AFL forcing players too speak) might have legs if it was brought up by a player.

But across the investigation as a whole? Might be difficult.

In reality the players if they thought they were risking their careers by talking, got bad advice. they should have not talked and then taken on the AFL over their subsequent(I presume) breach of contract clause.
