It defies both belief and logic.
Someone from Bomberblitz actually e-mailed and took her to task over this story and the fact that Carlton outscored us in the last quarter and she replied stating that she was well aware of the score card in the last quarter, but she was at the game (which I found astounding- who knew Caro actually attends games or even actually likes AFL football, you can't tell from her articles) and Essendon were full of running in the last quarter and were monstering Carlton.
WTF is she on. She just gets fixated on a belief and cannot let it go.
Also Vlad has now come out and told other clubs to stop spreading bullshit rumours about us and the fact we are 5-0. Think it clear that one of those clubs would be Carlton given the pathetic part they played in Caro's article the other day. Pretty clear that they are the only ones that could've leaked the information about meeting with Dank's Chemist mate and the fact they recorded him giving them details of the supplement program at Essendon.
Genius piece of work there Carlton, there is a ongoing drug investigation into a club, you then make it publically know that you recorded members of your staff recorded a conversation with a key member involved in this program, of course the AFL and ASADA are then going to want a copy of the recording which you can't provide because you have destroyed it. So why exactly did you destroy the recording.
It certainly would not have been to protect the interests of the Essendon Football Club. The end result now the AFL and ASADA want to interview people at your club as well.

Still cannot believe the AFL claimed to have conducted a thorough audit of all 17 other clubs sport science/supplement/fitness programs in a matter of weeks and gave them all the all clear....particularly 2 days after making that announcement, Steven Danks association with Melbourne hit the media.
There are the messages between Dank and Hird stating that new of a club challenging for the Flag that were engaged in a very similar supplement program to our own and yet nothing has come of that.
The thing that gives me most confidence is that since being briefed on the findings of the Ziggy report, Demetriou has completely changed track in the past week with statements in the media about just because the media reports something as fact doesn't mean it is and now publically warning other clubs to stop spreading rumours about us.
