OMG i am about to change radio calls.... Tim Gossage is driving me mental... goes off when Freo goals yet does nothing when we goal... makes it hard to know when an Ess players shot goes through or not...

We are a mentally weak team yet, that is horribly complacent. For us the be up and at our best we having to be playing on of the best teams in the competition. When we are playing the bottom teams it seems that we know our best is better than theirs and simply expect to win.

We also seem to have massive problems getting up from a game the week after having a massive win.

Never confident this week, because of the above, and also the fact that we are shit at Subi. Hopefully we are able to fire up again in the 3rd quarter and blow these wankers away in the 2nd half.

Sandilands is really the issue at the moment, we are struggling to read his taps at the moment and Watson and Stanton havent really had an impact.

Neagle is struggling and Hurley has barely touched it up forward either.

Without Fletch, Dyson, Licha and Hooker we would be in a lot of trouble right now. We are still in this but need to kick the first couple of goals.

It might be Fremantle but they are playing good footy. We basically dont have anyone that can compete with Sandilands and their spine is pretty impressive. They have Haselby playing a negative role on Watson and everything is going their way. They got slaughtered by the bottom side last week and Harvey has got them playing for pride.

This was always going to be a problem to come up in this game after the heights we reached last week and this without Ryder and Dempsey. They have nothing to lose and arent going to just role over.

I am confident we will come out in the second half and win the game. We simply have to. So lets put our collective Essendon consciousness to work and will them home people. The players must now go out to claim their finals position, by putting their bodies on the line and get this win.

There seems to be absolutely no commitment today. No commitment to run, be defensive, tackle, hold a tackle or to actually ghot a taret with your disposal by hand or foot. Seems they just want to handball or kick in a teammates ditrection and that's good enough
