Wells did his groin in the warm up and is out. By all rights they'll be down a man all game now, assuming the AFL don't bend us over and change the rules just to spite us ;)

1/4 time

5.3.33- 3.5.21

Watson-11
Licha-11
Colyer-8
Zaka-7
Fletch-7

Nice start by the boys... good to have 5 goals on the board already.

A pretty good qtr from the Dons - probably a fair result when you think that North hit the post two times.

Some good signs from what I am hearing - Prismall, Winderlich, Colyer and Watson doing well, Ryder winning in the ruck.

As bad as we have been in recent weeks, we really have no excuse for losing this game given North's injuries. But you know what, I dread North getting a run on as we will disappear into a hole - no matter what their injury problems.

North have now kicked three of the last four - watch this space

Good, very good - We have stood up against the challenge and responded with 2 quick goals. This is a huge improvement on recent weeks.

NM score 5 goals straight for the qtr - its just too easy to score goals - almost everytime they go forward, they score!!! Its been the problem for us all year, we just cant maintain any defensive pressure and end up giving away easy goals. We have had 11 more F50 entries for god sake!!!

Dont fancy our chances to be honest, just dont have any simple way to score - its always hard work for the Bombers and neither Neagle or Gumbleton appear to be causing any problems
Both these guys HAVE TO STAND UP if we are to be any chance.

Here is our list of passengers

Jetta, Davey, Stanton, McVeigh, Gumbleton (I will excuse Neagle as he is obviously getting no service from the mid-field)
