I was just on the Big Footy forum and a lot of people reckon that a couple of our players (Hille and Lonergan were mentioned) could be suspended for the match against the Magpies.

I didint watch the game last night but would love to know what happened.

Hille is up for bumping Robinson to the head. Robinson clearly took a dive so he might get off but the fact that it's his 4th report for the same offence this year is a worry.

I didn't see it but Lonergan is supposed to have thrown one during a brawl.

There has also been a suggestion that Dempsey might be in trouble too but whatever he did I missed.

I had a very nice front on view of the Hille report, honestly , if he goes for hitting the guy, then next week Essendon could get the whole Collingwobbble team suspended for a week or two, just stick their heads out in front of a player running past. How soft has AFL become. Off topic, that c*** Dimmittro, wanting to reduce length of qtrs, yet extra 5 mins at present from advert breaks, I hate those c**** big time.

All I wish is that Robinson was taken off on a stretcher. I am glad Hille knocked into him but David next time if you are going to get suspended you may as well do it for real.

Hille is safe - the guy literally barrelled head first into Hilly's arm.

Didn't see any of it myself.. but 2 Collingwood supporters told me today that Robinson headbutted Hille's elbow..

Maybe it was kinda like what Craven did to Plugger, leading to Plugger being out for 8 weeks with a shattered elbow

It would be better for David Hille to be able to play some more games this year having come back from injury.
That's about where my interest ends with all three of the above potential cases.

Hille and Lonergan have both been reported.
MRP findings not in yet of course - they're just the match day reports.

It will be thrown out.

If Hille goes then the Scum players who Hille comically headbutted and then successfully staged for a free kick will also miss a few weeks.

Really the entire episode was comical. Robinson headbuts Hilles arm, free kick and report. Hill then comically gives an example of the event by headbutting the scum players and then unbelievably gets a free kick.

Just proof that umpiring standards are at an all time low and yet somehow im confident that there is still room for improvement in the shithouse umpiring stakes (that is that they can actually get worse if they work at it).

Hille will get off the rough conduct charge, but then will probably cop weeks for a deliberate headbutt to the Scum player's elbow/arm, knowing the muppets at AFL house.

Aye, reprimand with an early plea. What a load of bollocks - what's he expected to do if the guy leads with his head?
