Dear new Essendon Coaches,
Last year I posted a suggestion that Jay Neagle be introduced to Jobe's Boxing Coach.
Given this is Jay's last chance I believe he needs:
1. learn to run and run (Hirdy and Stu McCormack)
2. learn where to run (Hirdy and Simon Goodwin)
3. lose weight (Jobe's Boxing Coach and Stu McCormack)
4. improve desire and second attempts ( Sean Wellman)
If he cannnot make serious progress on all aspects by the second Club List early next year , he should dropped from the list and we should cut our losses
Jay can be an important player BUT there has be time lines and objectives.
All the best to Jay in 2011.

He should be given more time to concentrate on making his "career" as much of a success as possible. Less time at the club, and more time flipping burgers at Maccas should be the groundwork for his future ventures.

FWIW I'd like Myers to undertake a similar summer to Watson's a few years back.
Aaron Francis is the Messiah.

Same old shit as the last three years or so. Get out on the track and do some running, pal.
You couldn't fool your own mother on the foolingest day of your life with an electrified fooling machine.

Maybe we could run him round Sandown or the Meadows with a burger as the lure??

Big preseason, then assuming he has worked his arse off, followed by the coach giving him the first 5 games to settle and find his mojo.
re Myers, i don't know if he needs a huge preseason, he just needs the faith of the coach. Knights butchered him.

Jay needs a physical epiphany if he is ever going to make it. And that means a radical overhaul of his body shape and endurance levels. I dont think he should get a game until he looks and runs like Matthew Pavlich. Whats he got tto lose, he will be out of a job either way if he doesnt give it a go/ Then he has to start dominating Bendigo games with multiple 5 goal hauls - not thee pissy little 2-3 goal efforts.
