It's time to go....

Talk about everything Essendon. Past, Present and Future if it's about the Bombers this is the place to be.

It's time to go....

Jake Melksham.
Back to Bendigo for you.
Yes, there were plenty of poor performers tonight, Jake wasn't alone, but was clearly one of our worst, including the last quarter when most others managed to do some good things.
Been poor for weeks and weeks now.

Ovens and Murray has to go before him, and we should forget perennial useless shit c**** like Reimers, and just go for some younger blokes and continue building the team.

I also think he needs a spell in the twos... But not for his confidence. I think you lose confidence getting dropped in the first place....

But he needs to be omitted and told his standards at the moment are not up to scratch and to go work on a few things in the magoos.

I like the kid but his composure and disposal has gone to the dogs in the past month or so, he needs some serious high pressure training

He gets his hands on it in traffic often enough, and would've had a few i50's in Q1...but spoiled his game with the usual inept disposal. Even if he'd improve his disposal by 30-40% he'd be damaging enough to make a positive difference.

I wonder if it's about confidence now. Bendigo might be just the place to regain it.

NLM should thin himself very lucky to get a game tonight. If it wasn't for Zaha going down he would have surely been demoted for a good spell. After tonights performance I can't see Hirdy keeping him in the team
