I heard a clip during the week where Winderlich said that Paul McCartney was the best coach he ever had and he is widely regarded as a great developer of talent.

So I'm just wondering if him leaving after last season has cost our development somewhat more than when the average assistant coach takes off.

Im sure he would have been missed as he was very highly rated. Not much we could do about it though!

One thing I would like is an ex forward to teach forward structure. I'm sure Egan is a good coach, but how much does he know about setting a forward line up?
