I'm sorry but James Hird is not a magician nor a miracle worker. In order for our premiership window to be open, we have to improve so much that by the time we get there, the window will be shut. Forward line better but so inaccurate with our kicking we let North back into the game. We played a quarter of good footy got five goals up and then gave the game away. Then we decided to wake up when North got well and truly back into the game and we played most of it, chasing them from behind.

Its a sad day and lets hope its not another decade of mediocrity.

Outside mids are better slightly younger (and with decent decision making and disposal).

Even if his stats are shit, I don't care. Here is a stat. Running race V Goldstein = lose. Under no pressure on a half back flank, don't look and kick into our CHF forward area, so Norf can rebound and get a shot on goal = LOTS.
