Which is quite appropriate given Evans was the one who awarded Freo the victory against St. Kilda following 'Sirengate' last year. Some of the other clowns on the committee thought the draw should stand, so Freo owe Evans one.

Can remember Ron and Ken Fraser coming across from the Essendon District Footy League together.(a great recruiting ground for the Dons back then) Wasn't a bad forward line back then with Frizza at CHF and Ron at FF.

RIP Ron...Gone too soon.
