Myers retires

Talk about everything Essendon. Past, Present and Future if it's about the Bombers this is the place to be.

Play inside mid as inside mid and not back pocket and look what happens.
Improvement in his ball handling, delivery and decision making was a quantum leap. I wouldn't have credited it until I saw it

Ok, now the aim must be to play more than one good game in a row...

Myers plays his best game in the red and black ever. I am busy eating Humble Pie atm, anyone care to join me.

Keep up the good work David.

Please please Woosha tell him what he did right and don't change a thing next week. You were right. He has been learning all these years and now he's come of age. :D :D

I won’t join you. I want to see a season full of those performances, not just one. So the ball is in Mr Myers’ court to play like a top 10 draft pick with 100 games experience...

Then we will have that pie at the end of the year. With lots of sauce.

Well the good news is - there are 17 more Rounds to go and with our brittle mid-field he will no doubt get the opportunity to climb this Everest.
Don't hold your breath though.

“Myth” Myers. That’s his nickname from now on. f****** myth.

So glad we have this “big bodied” midfielder in the team.

Another mediocre 10 year, life member of the club. We have racked up quite a number of these over the last 15 years.

Makes me sick.

Lacklustre. What’s his role in the team? I can’t figure it out.

How’s the booming left foot kick!!??

Wish he would go for more of those! Played a top game in the centre. His experience and strength is important in there.

Well, let’s hope the Filth underestimate David and the Bombers and Pay Dearly for it!

Just as the Dorkers underestimated the Bears(like us last year)and got rolled by 55 points.
