Cook was responsible for convincing the Carlton board to stick with Voss after the loss to Essendon. One board member couldn't stomach this and instead resigned. Cook has overseen 6 Premierships at 2 clubs.

Since then, and some team bonding sessions at a farm, they have won.

Whether Vozzo can talk our board down ... is questionable.

Yes, this is an area of the club that has been clique. This maybe due to coterie backing and support one suspects.

It has become a problem for quite some time. Almost needs a big mountain like Graeme McMahon who would thump a few skulls when required.

We had good operators back then. Peter Jackson in charge. Then things became stale and decrepit. It all fell apart with the Sheeds departure and replacement.
