Laverde injured???
Noted that the AFL app listed Cox as injured late in the 4th last week.

Also....why are so many saying Goldy should be rested? He has a 9 day break. :-k

Perth trip, big ground, he’s 36.

Bryan has been playing well in the VFL.

Heard Laverde hurt his hip. Only through someone at the ground who was listening to radio commentary at the time.

Actually, I wonder how Indiana Jones is doing… :-k

Who gets to put the brakes on the Harley. After Caldwell’s job on the Bont, he would get my vote
Too far for Baker now he's on to it, now he’s got it, OPEN GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Dons are in front by one point at the 8 minute mark

If I was going to rest Goldy, I'd do it after the Perth game. He has a 9 day break before it so should be fine, but the long return trip and a shorter break next week could be good resting time.
I'm all for rewarding Bryan (me more than most), but not sure 1 week while Goldy rests is the answer.
Jones is OK - nothing broken and no concussion.
Nothing about Laverde or Cox in today's injury report either.

Reportedly did well in the VFL, but so did Shiel and Tsatas had a handful of it too!
If those guys are available and selectable then someone will drop out of course.
Davey, Hind, Hobbs? I doubt all four, if any this week though...maybe one out for Hind?

Serious danger game. They aren't easy beats right now and if we turn up thinking we just need to turn up they'll roll us and I'll throw my remote at my TV.

Agree.

A bit like Premiership Teams being rolled by West Coast's Reserves, because they Seriously underestimated the other mob, considering them to be easy meat!Of course, they got Rolled!

I suspect Draper is more like he has been told to sit in the naughty corner and contemplate his actions.

He was happy to sink the knee in to Beverage on the weekend

Well… no Tsatas or Roberts. Making them earn it hard.

Gotta be sent there. Lesson learnt!

I hate these games. Expectation to win but we have been known to drop these games or scrape home by a couple of goals. To butter the Toast by around six goals would be a pass mark in my book.

They’re not the easy beats they were though.

They could easily cause an ‘upset’.

I fully expect to lose. West Coast are very capable and with the wonder boy Harley Reid back we are going to have to be playing our absolute best to beat them.

Brad Scott’s pronouncements about Tarryn Thomas were disgraceful. This on a week where we are trying to focus to prevent violence against women he calls a recidivist misogynist “a good bloke”. Kind of puts a damper the minute silence.

Weideman in for Draper? Is that plan?
