Spot on!!
Would give us five marking options on the forward line.
Too far for Baker now he's on to it, now he’s got it, OPEN GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Dons are in front by one point at the 8 minute mark

I am not sure Jones and Caddy can be in the same team with Langford and Wright.

I think I'd prefer Parish over Jones.

Oh crap - Just looked it up and saw that, as of Saturday, Parish is out for at least 3 weeks.

Jones has to come back in.

If that’s too tall, then Caddy has to go out.

This is no slight on Darce, but we've been getting results without him lately.Hope he can slot right back in,when he's ready!

That may be true - but we only played both the bottom and second bottom sides ... and didn't win by very large margins.

It may be important to have someone who can do their work at bounces and win clearances when we play the more competitive teams.

We got slaughtered in the packs against Richmond. He and Merrett work really well at the stoppages. That was missing against the Tiges

I think Junior Froggy needs persistence. He’s contributed a Gail a game for the past few weeks, and appears to be getting the hang of it. He’s produces as much, if not more, than Menzie this season. Unless Jyes had performed better INT the VFL, I can’t really se why this would happen… :-k

I do think a Goldy needs a rest. Bryza deserves promotion with good VFL form, and maybe Reid come s in for Poppy

Caddy is ill and Goldy is either carrying an injury or has been rested from intra-club match practice to extend his ability to play.

Cox has been cleared to play, so it looks like he will be returning.

BRAD Scott is hopeful Essendon has avoided catastrophe by implementing COVID-style protocols after a virus threw up an unexpected hurdle in the club's preparation for the clash with Gold Coast.

Scott is operating with drastically reduced staff numbers this week, but on Thursday insisted no players would be sidelined by the virus.

Late Change.
Out: Goldstein (Managed)
In: Bryan

OMG - like this wasn't telegraphed once the Suns omitted Witts

FYI: In the VFL

Bryan has kicked 3 goals in the past 2 games.

He has also averaged 21 disposals, 40.2 hitouts and 2.2 tackles per game in the past 5 games.

OK. It is only the VFL, but those are sustained monster stats for a ruck.

I am getting a little worried about the new strategy of not standing the mark... allowing the Suns players to run on

Happened 4 times so far this game.

Hasn't hurt so far, but is troublesome.
