I just checked the quarter times scores and I couldn't believe it Cats 62 - Tigers 7.

Tell you what, as much as we have been playing shithouse the last few weeks - we are at least 3-3. The tigers are now zip from 6 (like the Dees).

How much pressure is on Wallace or Daniher now?

Not much on Wallace. Richmond can't afford to sack and pay out a guy who's still owed something close to $1.5M. Also, he's been busy over the last two or three weeks basically preparing everyone associated with Richmond that they're going to stink it up this year.

This will be Daniher's last season, however. Nice guy, but i think Melbourne will opt for a new coach by the end of the year - either that, or Daniher will hand over the position voluntarily. I reckon he's just about had it. Dees have been unlucky with injuries though.

Currently 20.6.126 to 2.7.19

Record score is 37.17.239 kicked by Geelong against the Bears in 1992.

Richmond going beautifully - 126-19 at half time. I can't recall if a team has ever led by 100+ points at half time; i dare say some records are being broken here.

.......They'd be winning if Gaspar was playing  :P.

This is the 3rd highest half time score in history. Highest is Brisbane with 131.

I think that was against Sydney in 1991. Im pretty sure Sydney were 0.4.4 at HT of that match.

Imagine the odds on Richmond, 5 cents to $500?

I just had a look at the next 3 rounds.

Richmond have got back to back trips to Adelaide. I can't see them winning either of thoses which will make them 0-8. We play them in round 9.

In 1985 I remember we were 100 points up against North Melbourne at Windy Hill at half time (115 - 15 I think).

I dont think Danniher will be sacked.
Melbourne have had some pretty bad injuries. Neitz's presence today had a huge impact on the forward line structure and attitude.
they should have won today. 4 very dubious decisions in the last quarter kept them out of the game.

Was there one time we kept Fitzroy scoreless in the first half at Princes Park?

I think it was Carlton.....in a deluge of rain and in a mudheap. Can't remember what year though (1987 rings a bell)....
