We are 3-3 and lost by 30 odd points.

Richamond are 0-6 and lost by 157.

IF ALL YOU WHINGERS THINK WE HAVE PROBLEMS....TAKE A GOOD HARD LOOK AT YOURSELVES, THEN LOOK AT THE TIGERS.

Well that's a completely f****** stupid comparison. I mean, how in Australia could anyone possibly get depression when there's billions in the world who are worse off than we are? For example, how could anyone in Australia possibly be disappointed after being fired from their job, because there's billions of people in the world who never have a job? Why should it bother someone in Australia if their entire family dies, because hundreds of people around the world have their families killed each day?

Bottom line: there's always people worse off in the world, so that's a f****** useless comparison.

Couldnt give a flying f*** how other teams are going.

We need to focus on Essendon and currently, we are playing shithouse. No chasing, no tackling, poor skill level, no direction and no plan B (from the past two weeks anyway)

What has happened to us in the past 2 weeks? We looked good for the first four weeks.

Don't worry, we'll be looking at the Tigers in 3 weeks time.

Confident?

same.

noone likes to see a team lose and play within themselves.

the team had a bad day at the office. inexcusable after anzac day really.

we were massively outcoached i feel. sheeds often brilliant, often mind numbingly confusing.

your right, and last week the tigers put up a good show against the druggies, they'll beat someone this year, and that someone will not feel too good about it.

Well Richmond wont win the next 2 games - they have back to back trips to Adelaide. Yep, we play them in round 9.......

*sigh* and knowing our luck, we'll play them back into form.

I do agree with the topic "Perspective". I guess we're not quite to that extreme of embarrassment. But damn, we're getting close to it.

Here's a bold idea - maybe Sheeds should remind the boys of the 1999 preliminary final. Have a 1999 Prelim Final video replay session this week. Our continuing ladder slide, and disappointing losses week in, week out, are fast surpassing the devastation of that 1 loss for the supporters.

Or maybe just replay the videos of Rounds 1, 2 and 4 - we won those games because of the way we played footy. We're not playing that footy, and we're not going to win until we start playing like that.

We're never going to be contenders if we continue losing to teams we've traditionally had the wood over. It's not rocket science.

Take Judd and Kerr out of that team and they will struggle. Dont worry about Fletcher or any other of their midfielders. If those two go down, they will spiral real quickly. Having see them the past 4 weeks, its Judd and Kerr doing the work for them. Lynch and Hansen should be kicking 10 a game (between them) with that midfield.

There's another fella who just stepped off the plane with a silly hat who may have something to say about that. I agree though, those 2 are driving the team but the guys around them aren't doing too bad either.

We have a defence that is getting the job done, an Offence that is sporadically brilliant and a midfield that is leaving a lot to be desired. Who among our midfield can step up?

They could put together a second midfield that would put ours to shame...

Not comparing them to our midfield. But you take Kerr and Judd out of the equation and the rest dont know what to do. Its like in 2001, where we were flying, we had such a strong core group that it made the others around look good. When a couple of them got injured, we fell.

Cousins wont playing again this season and should never play footy again.

I don't think they even need Cousins. As good as he is they ae doing fine without him.
