I would have been against it had we not produced a clash jumper this season, because it would have given the AFL reason to whinge and bitch more and it would also stop the run of our one jumper since the begining but seeing as thats gone and we have a clash jumper I say stick it up the afl.
Do we really need to vote on something as insignificant as that, for one week? If it were a permenant change, perhaps, but I don't see the big deal about one week.
Pick your battles, and I say that one isn't one of 'em. I think it's great.
Gats I've been thinking. I really don't think this would be classified enough of a change in the jumper to have ruined our history anyway, considering we used to have a collar we no longer have, we used to be laced up and are no longer, and we've changed sponsors a few times, and that's changed minor bits of the jumper in regards to colour, the shape of the logo etc.
I feel the band of the sleeve isn't exactly part of the jumper. To me, the jumper is the body of it - the black with the red sash. That's the important part, the meaningful part.
I really want to know what they're going to do with the long sleeved jumpers. Will it still be there at the top of the arm, or at the cuff? Hell will the whole arm be yellow?

Now why on earth would you want to know how the design is going to look on the long sleeved jumpers?
Would surely have nothing to do with the fact that a particular number 5 almost always chooses to don the sleeves, would it

I think we got rid of Jacobs because he 'wears' something else that's a bit long (or so rumour would have it).. .
