Best Individual Performer - Fletcher.
Most Improved - Ryder.
Best Draftee - Davey at the moment. Michael's been good for Fletcher, if you count Michael as a draftee.
Most Disappointing - Bradley and Dyson.
On Their Last Legs - Cole, Bolton, Heffernan, Mark Johnson, Jason Johnson, Camporeale. If we're being completely pragmatic, Hird is also 'on his last legs' given his imminent retirement.
Who Must Lift - Dyson, Bradley. Hille in terms of consistency. JJ and MJ are both on shaky ground at this point of the season. Lazycock needs to harden the f*** up. I consider Cole, Campo, Heff & Bolts definite delistings, so whether they lift or not is moot to me.
How many years will Sheedy get in his new contract (if any)? Should be one year if any, but will get two.
Best team performance - West Coast, Sydney and probably 'Aints.
Worst team performance- Kangaroos. We were shite.
Do we miss Solly? - I take this opportunity to send out a big "I told you so!" to all the doomsayers last year who said us trading Solomon was going to have all sorts of dire consequences. Always respect a Premiership player for us, but the game has passed him by.

Ladder Position after Home and Away - Gotta be loyal to my preseason prediction: 10th.

I find it interesting that many of you include Bradley in your most disappointing category. He was getting bagged regularly prior to this season so I wouldn't have thought that expectations of him were very high...in that regard he has actually lived up to expectations and yet you still are disappointed :-k

Probably analagous to the Bolts situation of about 2001. You get strong suspicions that a given player isn't much good after 3 or 4 years, but you keep that flicker of hope that they might blossom.

Then they turn in more ordinary performances and you end up being disappointed. At least that's how i feel Re: Bradley. But, i should add that i still haven't given up all hope on Kepler. That little flame of optimism (which is usually a very little flame in my case) still flickers in the hope that Keps may one day blossom like a Japanese Cherry Blossom in the spring time :D.

Two things here Jimmy:

1. be careful or we'll start thinking of you as one of the "Glass Half Full" guys

2. You do know that the cherry blossoms only last for a very short time (2-3 days I think)
