Beware Demons! Rocca?
Beware Demons! Rocca?
Looks like it has happened to us again, similar to Port. The insipid performance of Melbourne against Richmond will have the press calling for blood, the coach under pressure, the players saying we have let the coach down etc. etc. Who are they playing next to show they are not weak? Essendon. However we should be well aware & not ambushed like we were against Port. We will fire up from the start & crush Miserable Melbourne. Even without Hille. Incidentally if Rocca gets off without a suspension after Hille was given a week for a similar incident, Adolf A should be deported. Collingwood would appeal to the high court if any of their players are suspended. Why did'nt we at least appeal Hille's suspension?

I think we were all aware that Port would come out strrongly - the players, the coaches would have prepared for this and a fat lot of good it did.
If we cant beat these teams when they are highly motivated then how the hell can we expect to win Grand Finals
We have to be as motivated if not more so - forget about the opposition
Essendon's problem is we have to put away the lowly sides just as readily as we rise to the challenge against the top sides.
Lose to Melbourne, frankly I would have Sheedy's head on a platter!!!
That should be the sublte message from the Board to the Coach
