be nice to see campo get a game against the blues, maybe his last?
and of course hocking to make his debut is exciting. hope he does well and whoever our potential coach is, is watching.
I actually don't mind Sheeds and wouldn't have minded if he stayed.
But some of his selections are dead set wacky. If you say you are play the kids, then FFS play Dyson (has the kid ever played two games in a row?) and don't bring Camporeale in.
And as for Watson, for god's sake. Short of him sticking it to Ally Sheedy I could not imagine any reason why you would drop him.
F**k he is frustrating sometimes.

OMG, I am actually going to be sick. Dropping Watson is a f****** joke and bringing in two has-beens who are so far past it is a f****** joke.
I actually would like the club to fire sheedy on the spot, f*** letting him see out the final 3 games. Great youth policy sheeds, perhaps this is just your little sooky way at getting back at the club?
I have no respect for him whatsoever anymore.

Re: The Team
i'm as angry as you right now rosso - but i'll wait to see saturdays run on team - this could all just be smokescreen stuff - but given that we are bottom four - no chance at finals - and playing shit - why would you bother?Rossoneri wrote:Essendon websitetom9779 wrote:source?Rossoneri wrote:IN: Scott Camporeale, James Hird, Heath Hocking (2005 Rookie draft, Eastern Rangers), Mark Johnson

[quote="84859300"]Maybe Campo's swansong??
Last game against his old club, then retiring to allow the young kids a game.
/quote]
this may be true - but given he's played only 20 games (?) for Essendon - do we really owe him anything? Maybe drive him round in a ute at half time - but to play him once more achieves nothing - except to prove that he is an old has-been who should never have been recruited.

What the f*** happened to the youth policy?
Why was Hille dropped?
Why was Watson dropped?
Why didn't Houli get picked?
The farken lunatics have taken over the asylum
(Is there some way we can get the number one pick because surelyy we are tanking this game based on that piece of team selection?)

I hope the has-beens you're referring to does not include Sir JamesRossoneri wrote:tom9779 wrote:...bringing in two has-beens who are so far past it is a f****** joke.Rossoneri wrote:IN: Scott Camporeale, James Hird, Heath Hocking (2005 Rookie draft, Eastern Rangers), Mark Johnson

As I posted it, I wondered if someone was going to make that connection.tonysoprano wrote:Rossoneri wrote:I hope the has-beens you're referring to does not include Sir Jamestom9779 wrote:...bringing in two has-beens who are so far past it is a f****** joke.Rossoneri wrote:IN: Scott Camporeale, James Hird, Heath Hocking (2005 Rookie draft, Eastern Rangers), Mark Johnson

Clearly its about MJ and Campo, but I know what your saying.
Good to see Houli get another 38 touches in the VFL but still cant get games in front of Johnson and Campo.
Oh well, the sooner the season ends the better. The sooner we see the back of Sheedy the better.

Blah, blah, slag bitch moan.
Campo kicked 2 last week and was listed in the best. playing his old club.
MJ apparantly tore it up. Playing for his future.
2 Slows in, 2slows out. One of which is likely to get a reprieve.
Dyson's massive 6 touches funnily not good enough to retain his spot.
Hille is a surprise, but maybe it's just to try more responsibility on THE COCK!
People have been whinging all year that we should play the kids. LOOK AT THE TEAM!!!!!!!! 3 first year players! We'll average around 24 years old!
OUR SHIT HAS NOT BEEN WORKING! This is something different. This is trying new things to aide our future.
