I honestly cannot believe most of you guy have Hird in your votes - I agree with bombers_rock - he stuffed it nearly every time he got the thing -kicked into the man on the mark - missed his targets (I'm sure BD will give me some impressive efficiency %
), dropped marks he should have taken.

At least Hird has a clue (something that the majority of the team need) where to position himself, read the play etc. He kicked a couple of goals - not many can say that. I'm not going to bother with % effectiveness because I reckon as a collective, the team produced 50% or less....

I agree with you, Staggy. Very hard to find anyone who won on the day. tonys is right that even the great man stuffed up quite a few times. Anyway, here's the best I can do:
3. NLM (has been very solid the last few weeks)
2. Hille (kicked a couple of goals and at least looked interested)
1. Dempsey (hope his injury is not to serious)

One the laziest footballer in the game today, the other the biggest turnover merchant.
I only gave Hird votes for the sentimentality of it.

agree this is normally the case - but they were a couple of the few players that I remember who actually did anything good last night.nomolos wrote:I honestly cant believe you gave Lovett and Lovett Murray votes.tonysoprano wrote:3. NLM
