3- Hird (pity not many others followed his example today)
2- Natrat (has been really solid since returning from injury)
1- Lovett (busted his gut all day and did some nice chases and tackles)

a lot to like about Laycock and Dempsey as well.

The last time Lloyd kicked a captains goal, was before he was captain.

I refuse to give votes after the crap I saw tonight. No-one, not even the great man himself, deserves any votes. Sir James was just as bad as the rest tonight. I guess if ya amongst a rabble for long enough, it starts to rub off on you. :(

I honestly cannot believe most of you guy have Hird in your votes - I agree with bombers_rock - he stuffed it nearly every time he got the thing -kicked into the man on the mark - missed his targets (I'm sure BD will give me some impressive efficiency % ), dropped marks he should have taken.

It's a case of picking the best of a bad bunch. Seriously.

At least Hird has a clue (something that the majority of the team need) where to position himself, read the play etc. He kicked a couple of goals - not many can say that. I'm not going to bother with % effectiveness because I reckon as a collective, the team produced 50% or less....

Very very hard to give votes when noone in the team got over 20 possessions.

I'm clutching at straws here.

I agree with you, Staggy. Very hard to find anyone who won on the day. tonys is right that even the great man stuffed up quite a few times. Anyway, here's the best I can do:

3. NLM (has been very solid the last few weeks)
2. Hille (kicked a couple of goals and at least looked interested)
1. Dempsey (hope his injury is not to serious)

I honestly cant believe you gave Lovett and Lovett Murray votes.

One the laziest footballer in the game today, the other the biggest turnover merchant.

I only gave Hird votes for the sentimentality of it.

agree this is normally the case - but they were a couple of the few players that I remember who actually did anything good last night.
