After leading by something like 40 points, we are down 115-100.

The future of our great club is looking very rosy indeed.

A big hello to all the people who had a go at me 4 years ago when I said this would happen.

i had to turn it off in the last quarter, yes i know we had all injured players on the bench but the effort by the boys was pathetic. To give up a 60 point lead is unforgivable. Ricky Dyson may as well pack his bags now because his efforts today were appalling for a senior player. Mark Johnson tried hard but was pretty undisciplined at times and after a few indiscretions may have to front the vfl tribunal, johns also tried hard but his knee and shoulder just gave up on him in the second half. Hocking was fantastic in the first half but like the rest of the team disappeared after half time. Cloke tried hard as well but did kick at least 3 out on the full.
Bendigo did miss Bradley, Heff, Pev, Houli and co today but after being that far in front i still can't believe how badly they stopped in the last quarter.

Hocking deserves to be on the senior list next year, he definately reminds me of a young jason johnson. Chartes also looks promising for a big man. Lee was also pretty good today.

Sounds like they did the opposite of us but both still losing. Dissapointing I believe it isnt the first time this has happened.

Why wasn't Houli playing if he didn't play today in the seniors? I don't understand why he went to Perth.

Bendigo's problem today reflects the season - lack of finish - lack of fitness
My material isn't very good..Oh...and then there's the bladder problem.

Very poor to give up such a massive lead. Injuries did contribute though, had no-one on the bench in the last, and a few out on the ground who weren't right.

Still the lack of 1%ers and team play in the last can't be blamed on injuries.

The Bendigo listed players in particular just weren't up to scratch yesterday and ran out of legs. Pilcher got smashed in the ruck as did O'Keefe and Plummer down back and Maddern up forward.

Anyone else feel Bendigo went too tall? Didn't have enough runners, which probably contributed to the loss, especially with injuries.

From us - Johns, Lee (good game), Chartres (showed great signs)
Bendigo - Cloke, Pilcher (dud ruck), O'keefe, Plummer, Maddern and possibly one other, I can't always tell who the Bendigo guys are.

Plus Carter is too fat these days to leave the forward line. Still a great player, but only a forward.
Aaron Francis is the Messiah.
