At least we get to keep the "Black Jumper Red Sash" tradition

We can remain in the record books if so. Let's wait and see if it does get passed first.

Still would prefer that we didnt have to wear it.
Stupid that we have to change our tradition because other teams have changed their jumpers to clash with ours.
Still if it had to be one, that is the best option.

EDIT: Seems my sig doesnt quite work

the only thing i can suggest is get rid of a set of centre tags

EDIT: yeah the centre tag for "THE FUTURE ENGINE ROOM" isn't needed

There is no clash with anyone.

Hands up who had trouble telling Bombers from Tigers on Saturday. Exactly, no-one.

Just a money spinner by the AFL that will only piss off teams like Essendon and Collingwood.

Very true j-mac, there was no problem at all on saturday. the front of the saints jumper will still clash just as much with our alternative to. Its there fault for making them similar to ours.

I don't reckon there's is much clash with St K. They have white.

Plus they've alrady shown that they don't mind changing their jumper (same with Melbourne) so they should be forced to where mainly white against Essendon.

Agree 100%. I have been at every game in Melbourne and have had no problems with clashes at all

There has never been any clash with any other club.

Agreed. I thought the red shorts stood out like the proverbial dog's aggets. For those players running around getting confused (If there are any?), maybe they would have been a better option? Perhaps they need an AFL approved optometrist...

As been mentioned before and in this thread as well. Keep the jumper wear red shorts.

Still think the new strip just looks like the old one except worn by Mick Nolan
