Doesn't look like he's lost any weight because of Ramadan either.

I don't usually like the hot weather, but when it comes with perks like this, I say bring it on!

I mean look at the lats and pecs on the rest of them - they're all phwoar, and Chook's all pasty white and flabby.

I'm sure he'll come good if someone kicks his arse. Maybe Jobe can take him aside and do to Chook what others did for him.

I'd give anything for a physique like that, except eat right or excersize.

I wouldn't mind one of those either. For me to admire, not actually have myself.

What has Laycock been up to? He shouldn't return to training like that!

I'd like to see his results before I make any judgement on how he's been training, but I think the most telling one would be the fat percentage.

Let it not be left unsaid, Monfries is looking rather nice at the moment as well.

Keri, I've worked out how we can solve the clash jumper problem... instead of wearing it, the boys can go skins :D

Filthy wrote:Good point Kez.

Looking at old tapes, I was really pissed at him not holding his ground in boundary throw ins against guys like Everitt and Cox. I can see why now as he mostly wore long sleeves. He is seriously lacking upper body strength in his arms, shoulders, traps and pecs. Needs heaps of work in his quads too to stand his ground.

Those aformentioned guys are as big as Chook and weigh the same....but their weight is muscle...his is flab. Disappointing as he has been in the system for 4 years now(?).
Not everyone can look like Mr. Atlas. This excerpt was from a post you provided from BB;
Players were divided into two groups starting one minute apart - my assumption is that the players in the first group were the fastest group and the winner here was Heath Hocking with a time of 10.49 closely followed by Bachar Houli 10.52. then Stants, Gus, McPhee, Slats, lloyd, Winders, Laycock, Hille Welsh, Dyson and McVeigh.
and
Kyle Reimers led the second group home in 11.51 followed by Gumby, Lonergan, Davies, Ryder, Dempsey, Nash, Chatres, Lee, Jetta and Dick. Leroy took one minute off his personal best which was pleasing and Knights also referred to the good performances from the big men Laycock and Hille and I would add Gumby to that list.

Laycock seems to be doing OK.

I'm hearing ya Ben, but Chook is looking soft. There's the ripped guys, and there's the sort of guys who play out pretty good careers as, lets face it, a bit fat. Chook really should be looking a bit better than he does there. They don't all need to be lean footy machines.

In saying that, I wont judge him until I've seen him IRL, as pics can be misleading.

I've just shown the pic to a friend, he's fairly certain it's the ground manager, not Chook???

Can anyone verify?

Unless the grounds keeper is over 6'6" I doubt it. That's Gumby standing next to him.
