Looking at old tapes, I was really pissed at him not holding his ground in boundary throw ins against guys like Everitt and Cox. I can see why now as he mostly wore long sleeves. He is seriously lacking upper body strength in his arms, shoulders, traps and pecs. Needs heaps of work in his quads too to stand his ground.
Those aformentioned guys are as big as Chook and weigh the same....but their weight is muscle...his is flab. Disappointing as he has been in the system for 4 years now(?).

I'm hearing ya Ben, but Chook is looking soft. There's the ripped guys, and there's the sort of guys who play out pretty good careers as, lets face it, a bit fat. Chook really should be looking a bit better than he does there. They don't all need to be lean footy machines.
In saying that, I wont judge him until I've seen him IRL, as pics can be misleading.
