Winderlich has been injured and needs time to get himself ready for AFL, and Lovett has been suspended for being slack.

As BenDoolan said Winderlich has been injured.

I would suggest that Andrew Lovett was not considered for selection because he was suspended from all pre-season games due to missing a training session, and therefore has absolutely no match fitness.

Before you ask, the answer is no, Lovett is not able to receive the rising star this year. Nor is Davey.
