To all those that didn't come along....

To all those Essendon fans that didnt come along.....you missed a beauty.
Just remember to show your support through thick and thin. Although it was a Carlton home game, we were truly outnumbered.
AND if there are any members of the Essendon Cheer Squad on here, SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!

Was there merc_2 - Am a member of the Cheer Squad (well give them a $20.00 donation each year) - and can't agree more.

A win next week and let's see the hordes come for Brisbane - exciting, winning Footy will drag 'em through the gates.

Today reminded me of '93 - the season of dreams - only for a moment - and only this game. Let's hope we can finish of the year with some more thrilling wins.

I was there and was surrounded by Carlton supporters. It was great to stick it up them at the end!

I had a cold so couldn't go! Definitely considered it, but thought it best that I don't make it worse due to an important week at work. Plus, don't want to share the love with my germs, especially as I stand with the GS!

Sure am disappointed that I missed it though, nothing better than giving it to them after a win!

It was great to see them all streaming out of the ground 20 minutes into the last quarter as well.

And to all those who came along and sat near me, I hope you enjoyed all the baiting and shit stirring with the ferral idiotic maniacs in navy blue. They hurled abuse at Remiers and his boots, and everytime he got it there was a loud "REIMMAAAAAAAAA" to give them the shits. Especially after his goals - it was fantastic. It really got up their noses. It didn't help that I kept calling Gibbs a dud.

Yeah I was expecting a few more Essendon supporters there. I was sitting right behind the Essendon bench which was next to the bay of Carlton members who called 'ball' with every tackle, and sooked about every free against. Was fantastic seeing them packing up and leaving 10 minutes after celebrating like they had won the GF.

Completely agree, served it verbally all game long, and was looking in trouble once they hit the lead. But it was 'oh so sweet' seeing them leave in droves with 10 mins to go.
Just a fantastic game to be a part of!

Yes indeed. The three best things in life: Horizontal folk dancing, getting barrelled and beating the Scum...

It was fantastic that they came back then still lost by six goals. Made the twisting of the knife even more pleasurable. The blokes next to me thought they were going to flog us. I copped it big time when they hit the front. Then, when things turned around again, the scum supporters slinked off and returned to the dark, smelly crevasse from which they came...

Ho hooo hoooaaaar!!!... (Evil laughter)
