Bout to head off. Looks like a nice day outside, hope the rain stays away. Bit nervous about today but we should be fine.

About to head off myself. Hoping we can get some killer instinct & blow them away by 10+ goals.
Most likely is that Richmond will hang around & be competitive for at least a 1/2 before we stroll to a similar margin as the last time.

Radio reporting Watson is on the team sheet, but will come off the bench. :D

16 points down at half time.

Inefficient is paying our forward line/forward entries a compliment. Lucas looks like he has the measure of the kid he's playing on but does Knights put him to full forward? - no way. Lloyd has had one kick to half time playing up the ground, but does Knights move him to the goal square - nope.

Mark McVeigh talks a lot about loving the club and wanting to repay them - well now is the time. So far he has been pathetic.

Lonergan must be watching some of Reimers half-arsed efforts and amateurish dispoal and be wondering how he got droppped and Kyle didn't.

Having said that we are not out of it and can turn this around.

F*cking woeful so far. Had heaps of the footy but just butchering it.
Couple of late goals keeping us in it but we will have to improve about 400% to a) win and b) play finals.

Im surprised that Lonergan was dropped instead of Reimers. Would have loved to had Sammy roaming the half forward line and crashing in at the centre bounces today. Lets hope we can turn it around in the second half... last i saw the scores were 49-62 their way i think.

Its now 5 goals to 4 for the quarter as Riewoldt just kicked his 5th and has given the Tigers a handy 2 goal break heading towards the end of the 3rd quarter. Who is playing on him??

McPhee and Pears have been on Riewoldt.

We got absolutley smashed in the centre clearances in the last 10 minutes of that quarter.

Lloyd is injured but for some reason he hasn't been taken off. #-o

Too many turnovers are costing us big time.

It will take massive effort to win this the way we have played today.

Maybe its time for our number one defensive man Mr Fletcher to get a go on Riewoldt. I will be super disappointed if we lost to the Tigers today... Haw, PA and even Syd are still snapping at our heels for 8th place. :?

23 points the diff. disappointing bombers. its this sort of game when you realise that the dons are still a long way away from being a threat.

MMM has dunstall pointing out Stantons kicking efficiency(43%) .

Goodbye Season 2009

Not good enough - rebuilding still under way.

looking forward to seeing the arrival of Neagle and Gumbleton to continue the development of this young team. The great champions of Lloyd and Lucas are no longer the threat that they once were.

thought we had an outside chance when Ryder goaled... but Morton goals to make it a 22 point lead. Soooooo disappointing. Why do Rich want to win though... they will lose priority picks LOL

Not f*cking good enough.
We've had about 100 more possessions, more hitouts, more frees, and Richmond are f*cking rubbish.
And we were in front and had the momentum during the 3/4.
Dempsey's just got one back but unless we can perform two miracles in one year (Anzac Day and today) we are gone.
Finals will be seriously tough now.
Lucas has been ok but Lloyd has barely been near it.
