Who's our back-up ruckman now, with Hooker out?

Also, McPhee will have to play CHF, won't he with Lucas out and Hurley needed down back.

Glad to see Atkinson in, but I would have thought Myers would be in ahead of Quinn and probably Atkinson. Quinn I guess is in for Lovett, but Jetta has been recently too.

In a way I'm glad Welsh is out, because based on recent "performances" we can't afford to carry him and McVeigh.

Hmmmmmnnn.... not so confident anymore :P Good to see the youngins gettin a run, least they get a chance to prove themselves. Hopefully they come in full of beans, and can help lift the team from their slumber with some run and dash. Injuries taking their toll now :(

No Lovett is going to hurt in the middle as we have already lost Licha. Big responsibility is going to fall on Neagle with no Lloyd or Lucas in the side. Was Skipworth dropped or is he injured??

Im not overly confident this week but stranger things have happened. Very interesting that Quinn and Atkinson are being played over Jetta and Myers... shows that Knighta is willing to reward consistency in the Bendigo side.

Completely f*cking mental. Who's going to help Paddy out? McPhee? Fletch? Alwyn Davey?
Where is Bellchambers?
That said I am pleased Houli and Quinn are getting another crack. WIth that team though, I can't see us winning.

It'll be interesting to see how the kids go.

BD's comment about Brown breaking Fanning's record could well materialise...if Brisbane even bother putting him on the plane.

In the last fortnight, we’ve omitted 4 players all with either minor or what I reckon are illusory injuries – Davey and McVeigh last week, Lucas and Welsh this week (Winderlich and Lovett’s injuries seem pretty genuine). Funny how all those 4 players were in very poor form anyway...

Do you really think all 4 were forced omissions through injury, or were they really just dropped with injury used as a cover? Certainly in Lucas & Welsh’s case I reckon it’s the latter – there would almost certainly be other players in the team carrying similar grades of injuries (i.e. minor niggles) who aren’t omitted because their form has simply been better.

Hurley at half forward. Me likes... Surely, Hooker would have to play as second ruck?

Talk about playing the kids. Is this our most inexperienced lineup for the year or what?

especially in the forward setup:

HF: ALwyn Davey, Michael Hurley, Angus Monfries,
F: Michael Quinn, Jay Neagle, Sam Lonergan

Monfries is the most senior player there!

Myers no, Quinn yes. Strange.
