Shattering news,

However, us being so close to finals (needing most likely only one more win) having Ryder and Dempsey back in the at that timeframe will give us a much needed boost.

The Fletcher news is positive though.

Hooker will have to come back in somehow now.

Have a look at the injury list on the Essendon web site: http://www.essendonfc.com.au/news/weekly.asp

Twelve FARKIN injuries. Once again the curse strikes. JEEEEEZZUUS, just for once can we have some freakin' luck in this area

Hopefully he heals quick and only misses 2.

Bit of a pain, but could be worse. I thought the worst when he was holding his knee.

If we make the finals, might have them all available for selection.

the look on his face holding his knee said to me ACL or something big, so this to me is a relief

I think it was a training mishap. Of which I believe we have lost more blokes at training than we have on the field - seriously!

I read somewhere that he got a knock in the game against Brisbane.

I read on BB that he was going to be a late withdrawal due to a training mishap. Seems a bit odd to be named in team against St.Kilda if he sustained a break against Brisbane....

Bad news about Demps and Ryder but at least Fletch is still a chance to play this week.

Whats up with Lucas then... he isnt listed on the injury list??

Just watching One week at a time and Lloydy said it happened at training.

I wonder what the toll is this season with injuries sustained at training. I reckon it's pretty high.

Shit.

I thought recently that we were doing alright this year apart from Hille and Gumby.

Need to reverse the Dr. Quinn curse.

At least the soft-tissue injuries have reduced. You can't really protect from the injuries that Gumbleton/Hille/Laycock/Ryder/Houli have copped.
