Howlett and attkinson both played like crap against Port so I would expect them to get the ax.

And Myers in the team just makes me shudder, so hopefully he gets the chop too.

Its pretty obvious what Knighta is trying to do, which is bring in pace. Last year we beat them with our run and carry. Carlton were way to quick for them on the weekend.

colyer and Jetta and willo in. 3 of our fastest.

Will depend on the match ups, but I reckon Howlett wil get dropped along with Atkinson. If they don't have a second tall, Hooker will play on Kosi and Fletch as a floater.

f*** me, when are they going to realise that Myers is umm.. JUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNK.. He's either robot-like, or looks like he's got a pole up his ar$e!

If Williams is fit, he'll play.

Myers was very good in the match for Bendigo on the weekend and his name does deserve to be put up for selection this week. He has played like shit when Knighta has tried to turn him into a defender.... he was super solid in the MIDFIELD for Bendigo.

Selection suggests that the club has not given up on September action.

HB line too tall and slow ... after last week worried about Prismall on HBF. Methinks he needs time on the HFF to get into form.

Atkinson not as bad as some suggest. Also he is the fastest player in the team.

Cheers - STI

I hope Atkinson plays, his run and carry is good for the side. I don't like Hocking or Prismall in defence

I don't think Jetta will play...he has been named in the run on squad for Bendigo...me thinks that Myers and Colyer may miss out as well...

They won't line up like that.

I don't care who they play frankly.

The ins have all played well enough to earn the place or close to. That'd be the opinion of the selectors, and those that don't get selected will get the message they're close, so keep at it.

King being out isn't a good thing I expect.

Pace is the key to rolling the Saints and for that I believe that Atkinson will hold his place and Wiillo and Jetta will come in with Henry and Howlett out.

Dempsey still in for mine but lucky as his game against Port was riddled with errors. He is better than that.

Would then probably be the quickest team we could put on the park apart from Colyer who is just not quite there yet.

Pace is the key as long as we don't handball to players standing still in the backline.

Someone has to win the hard ball though because you cant just go all out attack - Jobe cant do it alone. I hope they play Howlett - I dont like this "in for one out the next" bs especially when we have buckleys of playing finals.

Hurley confirmed to be playing.

I'd expect Jetta in for Slattery and maybe Williams in too, not sure who for though.

Jetta & Myers in, No Williams.... WHY?

Williams will be better value than " butter fingers" Jetta !!!

We lose annother " hard at player" in lovett-Murray & replace him with .... Jetta. WTF are they thinking??

Knights seemed to be preoccupied with pace against the Ain'ts , its no value in having pacy players when they fumble all the time.

By the way the injury curse appears to be back again. Pears, Reimers, Slattery ,Dyson & now Lovett-Murray . When will it end.
