Up the top, click on profile. scroll down to upload avatar from... and pick if you want it from your PC or the internet, and upload
They're picky about sizes etc so it may take a bit of hit and miss to get there... good luck!

You have to get a picture of the internet mate. Or type in avatars into google and get a couple there.
If you want a pic of the net then you have to rezise it so it suits the requirements.
