Hmmm...interesting boquet.
Starts off with a hint of bitterness, but as you get more of a mouthful, the full flavour really hits you.
Appears to have been made from sour grapes and needs one more season to mature fully.
Goes well with Blue vein cheese.
A sure hit with the Elliotts of this world

A precocious drop at first deceiving in its colour which suggests a hint of blue. Initially robust in flavour with an after taste of cat's piss which leave the conoisseur disillusioned and frustrated. Put out on back porch for 2 days and use as paint stripper.
