Who knows? But why aren't these useless, dumb, f***-wits exposed for what they are, and then removed from their posts? Throw the c**** in jail whenever someone commits a crime due to their incompetence.grassy1 wrote:F****** Unbelievable Ben! :-&BenDoolan wrote:Time to expose these f****** imposters. Re: Maggot Judges
Maggot system.
Here we are trying our best to stamp out violence against women, marching the streets on white ribbon days and having many speakers rallying to expose and eradicate hateful and destructive attitudes towards women.
Then we get these utter f***heads operating in our legal system - disgraceful lawyers and magistrates who allow this sort of shit to occur...
Faarking lol

"The man, who can't be named for legal reasons..."A MAN who admitted to hacking his estranged wife with a hatchet 24 times at a beauty parlour in Fountain Gate Shopping Centre has avoided an attempted murder conviction.
The man, who can’t be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty on Thursday to intentionally causing serious injury to the woman in the violent March 27 attack at Narre Warren.
He was originally accused of attempted murder but prosecutors withdrew that charge when the case came before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
Faarking lol

Re: Maggot Judges
The reason he can't be named for legal reasons is to protect the victim. I have no issues with that.
Our sentencing on DV is very poor though. Clearly a plea deal here.

Ah yes, Hinch came out under parliamentary privilege to name and shame a paedophile cop - despite the maggot court suppressing his name "to protect his victims".Crazyman wrote: ↑Fri Aug 11, 2017 12:39 pmWhere's Hinch when you need him???BenDoolan wrote: ↑Fri Aug 11, 2017 12:25 pm Maggot system.

Plus
Victim said "I had fought for so long for justice and I felt protecting his name in court was protecting him and his reputation from what he had done...it wasn't protecting us".
She then said having his name revealed was "closure".
And that's how it should be.

"Even though three of his victims asked the court to name him because they believed more victims would come forward if they knew it was him and he was behind bars."
Re: Maggot Judges
The court, following the law, was acting in the interests of 6 other victims.
Re: Maggot Judges
Did the other 6 request a suppression?

Based on this I think they would have had to apply for it.

Hmmm, I'm wondering if the victims or the perpetrator applied in this instance.Sismis wrote: ↑Thu Sep 14, 2017 2:36 pmhttps://www.magistratescourt.vic.gov.au ... -and-forms

How does naming him, while suppressing the victims names, not protect them?Sismis wrote: ↑Fri Sep 15, 2017 10:44 am http://www.theage.com.au/victoria/senat ... yg6ew.html
