Ask yourself why would anyone in the right mind want to be a Police Officer? Damned if you do and Damned if you don't.

I do know one thing, many our judiciary are past it and the others, have no idea what life is like out there in the streets. They are so removed from the experience. Community Based Orders are mostly a joke. Half the people don't even turn up and many who do certainly won't do any work. I was fooled into supervising a group with Community Based Orders when I first moved to N.S.W. Had never done it before it was a total absolute joke.
Many came once and didn't return and those who did, refused to do anything except sit on their backsides and smoke. I don't know what the answer is.
Nothing usually happens until something happens.
